The images presented are the initial stages of pre-production for the Civic Hall's creation in 3D space, this process was used to experiment with the application of the projection onto a 3D surface to gauge the distortion created by the 3D relief and overall perception from the onlookers view point.
The images and video have been used at a presentation that James Hill gave at the International Downtown Associations global annual conference in New York on the 15th and 16th of September – ‘Big Dream, Bold Ideas’.
